The title of the work describes Nehad Azzawi's concept as well as his methodology, using printmaking to find connections between form and content. Conversations happen at different levels - between mediums, symbols and subjects; between positive and negative space; between 2 dimensions and 3 dimensions.
The dramatic etching prints are large, monochromatic and bold. The circular shape is present, along with calligraphy and human forms, creating a dialogue between the elements used.
